1. Can I present my paper even if the full research paper is not ready yet?
Yes, you can present your work at the conference if your abstract has been accepted, even if the full paper is not ready by the time of presentation.
2. Is online or virtual presentation allowed?
No. The conference is being held in purely physical mode. Online or virtual presentations will not be permitted under any circumstances.
3. Can a paper be presented in absentia?
No. Papers cannot be presented in absentia. The author must be physically present at the conference to make the presentation.
4. If I cannot attend the first day, can I join from the second day?
Yes, participants may join the conference from the second day, if there are unavoidable circumstances. However, we encourage everyone to attend from Day 1 to make the most of the event.
5. What facilities will be provided during the conference?
We will provide Conference Kit with a Pen & a Writing Pad, 8 tea and 4 lunch to all registered participants and presenters.
6. Is there a separate publication fee?
No, there is no separate publication fee. However, only selected papers will be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed journal or an edited book.
If a paper is shortlisted by SCOPUS Indexed journal then publication fee may be charged as per the journal’s policy.
7. Will I receive a participation or presentation certificate?
Yes. All participants and paper presenters will receive appropriate certificates of participation or presentation, provided they are physically present.
8. Can co-authors attend the conference?
Yes. but each co-author must register separately if they wish to attend the conference and receive a certificate.
9. How will I know if my paper is selected for publication?
Authors whose papers are selected for publication will be notified separately after a review process conducted post-conference.
10. Will the organizers provide any travel allowance (TA) or honorarium for participants or presenters?
No. Participants and presenters are not entitled to any travel allowance (TA) or remuneration. All expenses related to travel and accommodation are to be borne by the participants themselves.
11. Will accommodation be arranged for participants?
The organizers will not provide accommodation directly, but will assist participants by sharing details of available accommodation options in budget-friendly hotels near the venue.
12. How can I access the list of recommended hotels or hostels?
The list of accommodation options, along with contact details and approximate tariffs, will be shared on the official conference website.
13. Can I choose my own accommodation if I don’t prefer the suggested options?
Yes, participants are free to book their own accommodation independently as per their preferences and budget. The suggested list is purely for convenience.
14. Can I get an opportunity to chair a session during the conference?
However, you can give your name to any member of the Organising Committee (ELTAI) along with your profile. We will assess your profile, your contribution to ELTAI’s growth and give the opportunity accordingly.
15. Is the cost of sightseeing included in the registration fee?
No, the registration fee does not include sightseeing costs. The sightseeing has been arranged to the nearby places after lunch on the third day of the conference. The interested participants will have to pay the fee separately for that. The details will be available on the conference website.
16. Will I receive a formal invitation letter for conference attendance or visa purposes (for international participants)?
Yes. Upon acceptance of your abstract and completion of registration, a formal invitation letter will be issued. International participants may use it for visa application or institutional approvals.
17. Will conference proceedings or abstracts be published?
Yes! All the accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts/ conference preview which will be provided to all registered participants. Select full papers will be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed journal or edited volume.
18. Can I present more than one paper?
The paper will be presented by a registered delegate.
